Running a standard Griff 500 on 15&16" Proxies at 24 front and 26 psi rear. Also have Nitrons al1 round on 10 clicks from and 8 clicks rear. Looking forward to my first track event at Snetterton tomorrow, should I change either the psi or suspension settings, if so what to?
cheers

Ian, if they are your road damper settings and are on the comfortable side, click up 3 or 4 all round and see how it feels.

The faster you go, the softer the car will feel!

As for tyres, start standard as it is coldish, keep an eye on the temperature and if they get really hot, you may need to drop a few PSI.

It's all down to experimenting, then when you are happy, you will have a base setting for next time.
