A big thanks to Adrian, Andy and the team at Central TVR (aka TVR Power's Bodyshop) for sorting out my car after some ****** scrapped the side of it. Can honestly say it looks better than it did new, and the new Nitrons they fitted as well are a revelation!

Oh, and the Ferrari has got to be the best courtesy car I've ever had!!

Is yours the blue one in their workshop? It probably spent Christmas together with my red Chimaera...

Andy is the knowledgeable talented guru; he should have a workshop of his own, and he's a true gent.

Adrian is the one who drops a bombshell of a bill on you just when you weren’t expecting it, I did say to him once ‘I wasn’t expecting that, are you sure, its no where near what you quoted’ I could feel my heart drop along with my wallet!

Sorry I always found him too expensive TBH, it was a big part of the reason I was put off TVR ownership. He used to be called Team Central and was based in Birmingham but it folded, and then started up again as Central TVR.

Floor did seem to be done when I was there. And yes I did see a crimson chim looking very good.

Agree Andy is very knowledgable and certainly knows his way round a TVR! Adrian has always been very fair with me on costs and usually offers me a good discount without asking. I was also looked after well by him when he was at Team Central and I lived in the Midlands (I bought my first TVR from them).

Hello smile - yes there was a crimson Chimaera I believe on one of the four posters when I dropped off my car on the 15th before Christmas - lovely car smile

Oh and I think they were nearly done painting the walls when I was there...

Outriggers and soft roof part (I'll be taking the cloth for the targa part home with me for when it's needed - I don't ever use the roof bag so it doesn't make sense to recover it as long as it's not worn through). smile

Did a great job on mine - absolutely no complaints, and Adrian went the 'extra mile'. Before:

They always looked after mine and was always very impressed by the service I received. All very friendly and as I only work round the corner do still pop in to see what they have in. Hoping to get back into TVR ownership soon and only have eyes for a Tuscan 2 Convertible.

I've always found Central to be reasonable chaps who offer good quality work at good rates and able to discuss larger repairs/issues amicably.

Andy is a technical wiz and thoroughly nice chap to boot. One of a few who genuinely understands the marque.
