Piston Heads / Tvr Racing lawn mower team?
Discussion
I have a half built racing mower, I used to race it a few years ago but had health problems stopping me, but now im ready again!
Just wondering if there would be any interest in starting a PH/TVR team?
Mainly the 3 man endurance races like 12 hour / 6 hour / 3 hour
Doesn't require alot of money, real good fun! very very competitive and probably the only motor racing you can do with out the missus ripping your head off, as the typical misses thinks 'its only lawn mower racing'
They have no suspension, go kart hydraulic brake disc/calliper, a VERY live rear axle, RWD and just masses of fun
They will hit 60 mph if geared for it but normally 30-40
This is for any one who wants to get involved let me know even if you just want to be the head mechanic and not race
Its just not that fun doing it on your own so this is the last attempt to get it racing again or It will go on Ebay

Ive moved Steve, now living in Peterborough might be a bit to far for you? unless you don't mind a 300 mile round trip to help with the build? On the plus side most races are on your doorstep!
Chilli- you can be the teams bank when your working Its ok I don't mind
Jammy - Peter is to old and freakishly to tall to race, the only racing he has left is around the gardening centre on pension day
I'll happily join the fray, local to the races and I've even entered a 6 hour when I was at college and also started building my own.
May be able to pop over to help get it together as I work in Northampton some days.
It is quite possibly THE most painful form of motorsport I have ever done. Even before endurance Karting when you're completely out of shape!! These things are not designed not to hurt you.
