Warranty Works-help pls

Can someone who is Warranted with Warranty Works (also called olyimpic I think)do me a favour.

I have a hole in my air con condenser and warranty company has called out an engineer to look at it to see if it is covered. As the gargage has my warranty booklet can someone check to check if accidently damage to the condenser is covered in the terms (and quote relevant passage). Looks like they are going to try and get out of paying-why else would they send "engineer"?
