P*ss*s me off everytime I see it is on, and can't bear to watch it again because Mike bangs on about unreliability of a TVR, christ a 20+ year old car that needed a new rad and a couple of scotchlocks removed - really unreliable...... not one mention of reliability when they did that M3 convertible that needed a few grands worth of gearbox!

It's seems it's very popular to feed people's perception of TVR's being unreliable, and that show is just playing up for its audience.
Still, the car looked nice when all finished

The guy who bought it had a bargain,the newish chassis etc made it worth every penny.I have watched all these programs,some tend to wind me up due to the fact they never take time spent on em into account so edds working for feck all,so giving false sence of the real prices involved.

It's TV, Don't believe all that you see! The buyers always seem too staged to me.

I did read once that the buyers were all friends of the crew etc, and it was all make beleive
Funny, as in real life, the little fat bloke would on to winner by having a good mechanic with a workshop fixing up his sheds for free and he then sells them on with a small profit... how do I get in on that game.
Still, as rubbish as it is at times, was nice to see a TVR on there and one that will make someone very happy for years to come as seemed a decent one once finished with.

lol i dont sir,but some people do.With my job people watch those diy programs and then say "10 weeks to build an extension and fit my kitchen,on tv it takes 5 days".You gotta laugh
