A group of us are again putting on a display of cars at this years Uxbridge Auto Show which is held at the Middx show ground, just off the A40 - funnily enough near Uxbridge.

So far we have about 20 cars coming and we still have some spaces left due to some last minute drop outs. Its a great place to show off your TVR to an appreciative audience.

If anybody else wants to join us then please get in touch ASAP. There's plenty to see & do and we'll be doing a BBQ as well.

You can either mail me back and i'll pick up the messages in the evening or it may be easier to call me on 07990 653825 for more info.

Regards.

Matt

Show opens at 9.30am, but we're meeting at 8.30am at the Polish War Memorial junction on the A40.

It usually takes about 45mins to set up and get cars into position etc.

Must remember to get the car cleaned up for Sunday. Think that it still has the remants of flies from Le Mans, and it certainly still has the remains of the Le Mans car park sticker in the window, they are a bugger to get off.

See you all at The Polish War Memorial at 8:30am.

Aw - sounds good, but I think the Griff is wanted on the TV set again on Sunday. Perhaps I'll have to come in the Eurobox - any more details, primarily where is this showground?

Near Swakeleys Roundabout (A40/B483) Map

The public entrance is on the southbound carriageway of Park Road (B483).

This is spitting distance from me but I was far too thick to remember to ask for the day off work!

Mini failed MOT too (uber failed) so will need all the extra cash I can muster. If anyone fancies opening it up down the Cowley road on the way home I'd appreciate the burble

See you tomorrow then!

Will try and find the TVRCC stand - I will be based on the Sporting Fiats Club stand (area 4, stand 33) with the race car (although it is tempting to nip home with the tow car and swap over to the griff for the day but then I'd have to do the same in reverse to go home)

Very good turn out!

Nowhere else in the show seemed to have as much public attention as when three of the TVRs started up - especially "that" Chimaera! Form an orderly crowd now!!!

K3NT U / "that" Chimaera is Russ "Nitrous" Kent.

I don't know if he's on PH.
