Speedo Change On Tuscan

I have recently bought a Tuscan and the Speedo had been changed by the last owner as the original one failed. He had told me that it is simple to get corrected (as I handed over my monies) but I'm struggling to get someone to do it. Anyone out there know who would perform this ? I have evidence of last speedo mileage to prove it is 100% genuine.
Mileage needs to be clocked backwards!!! on second hand speedo.

Please Help..... I don' want to pay out for a Brand New One !!! and then to have to make up the milelage - Just want it setting to correct mileage.
