Assuming you have somewhere such as fotango or pbase to host your picture, type the following delete the text and the #

[pic]#www.website address of your picture.jpg#[/pic]

Simply use these:
[pic] [/pic]
so insert [pic] www.pistonheads.com/pipe/dccc0cda3852ff537643a7ee8e3b0024/members/35448-car.jpg [/pic]
but remove the spaces and you get
