Overtook it in second coming off a roundabout (325i Coupe, stress the point was not racing), settled at 70 and a bit further down the road he overtook me, all fine, sat behind him for a couple of minutes, then decided to blat past him. Indicated, pulled out, and guess what biggrin the drivers window went down biggrin Did the honourable thing and dropped a couple of cogs so he could hear the RV8 in all its six and a half thousand rpm glory biggrin

BMW drivers... Not all bad wink

BMW driver are cool now it's all the Audi fan boys out there now, well round here and they all seem to have broken indicator relays or something, I can confirm however there fog lights do work during perfect day time weather. hehe

So do I ! My BM is safe, confortable and fast but a bit of a bore. The Griff is faster, savage and exciting. Enough said.

The only time my window goes down on my BMW is to listen to whatever tasty car is about to come past me or to grab my parking ticket from the machine...the first reason is far more exciting, especially if it's a TVR. smile

Your in the wrong BMW you need the 4.8is V8 monster drives like a dream and sounds like a proper V8 :]
Plus you get the wide body and the pleasure of surprising a few folk with the acceleration

sort of similar, although the Merc GL is much less "common" wink

Gl420 - 4ltr V8 tdci. 350bhp, 512ftlbs - and it's HUGE, 7 full sized forward facing seats

To give you an idea how big it is, they're 20inch wheels on the photo

tested on private land to 140+mph

Very useful for scaring audi ghey boys...

ETA like this. Other good thing is it's not a plastic ML, instead built like an S Class :
