Excellent track day today at Brands Hatch.
Just wanted to post a piccy of me in action...

Oh yes, also met Vicky Butler-Henderson.
She was filming coverage of the girls practicing prior to next weekend's round of the Formula Woman series.
Any other PHers there today? Topcats had their Marcos and Steve Lewis with his TVRCC Challenge Cup Tasmin.

Jarcy.
Glad you had a good one.
Do you go to any of the Hampshire TVRCC meets?
I think I have seen your car at APM before.

I was with 'Premier Road and Track Events' who had booked the track in association with 'Track Action'.
I found their internet site after a brief Google a month or so ago:
Website
Only £99 for Brands Indy circuit.
Not many TVRs: One T350T, one Tuscan, Steve's Tasmin and me.
My criticism was there were too many very fast competition cars on the circuit. Some of the race prepared vehicles were pretty aggressive, but I managed to steer clear of them.
A good day though.
Of yes, they didn't appear very strict on noise levels. There was no testing done on the day.

Hi Dusty,
Yes that was my car with Andy.
Went to a couple of TVRCC meets 2-3 years ago when I first got the car, but ashamed that haven't made it back. Will try to make the effort, but I often get on local PH meets and have met some of the Hants crew (Graig, Dave Pennington) in the past.

Did you get insurance Jarcy?
Im doing my first track day tomorrow and just bought some incase.

You should have come to the thorney Island meet and then you could have joined in with the 400/500 1/4 mile racing and subsequent arguments!

Yes, came along in bandit mode with Son on the first POTB, won the open by a country mile and slinked off again

Coming back this year?

Thanks.
I use Easytrack very well organised and grouped, (novice, inter and experienced) but quite expensive.

I missed POTB II as was in Spain with the family. I've got POTB III in the diary (still 5th September?), and I made it to the Fleet Meet this year (as I live in Fleet) and Pistonfest.

To help recognize me, here's a picture of me and my new girlfriend

P.S. Still got my PH T-shirt prize, but next time we must rig it so that a non-Chim driver wins the golf.

Pic was temperimental at first, but seems to work now. If you can't see it, it's of me & V.B-H!
