I have only the following address : [e-mail]
which does not seem to be the right one.
There is nothing on their web site.

I need some specific information about my griff and need to contact them directly.

Any information would be appreciated

edited to say actually i've always got good replies from the factory when i've called/e-mailed they even phoned me back a few times..
