Battery - PriorityStart! ??

I have seen a very interresting accessory on

the name is PriorityStart
Very easy to use and install.
When a drain is detected PrioryStart disconnects the battery - preventing deep discharge and saving starting power.
It monitors voltage. When it gets below 11.9 volts for a full minute it disconnects the battery.
The unit then reconnects the battery - simply by operating a light switch or brake's pedal or turn key. (this is what is mentioned in the brochure)
Has somebody heard about it or tested this accessory ?

Accumate is perfect but has a different purposes (to keep battery fully charged when the car is not used frequently).
The problem with Accumate is that you need an access to electricity main supply.
In the case of PrioryStart, the battery will not be flat, as soon the battery gets to minimum 11,9 volts PriorityStart will automatically disconnect the battery (keeping far enough power for later start of engine). Of course the alarm will be off at the same time but automatically re-engaged when you or somebody will try to open a door or switch on the engine (the gadget detects any small change in the electrical system of the car). I guess that in this case will be back to the same step than when you left the car and alarm was engaged.
Of course, it will not prevent the battery to discharge is the car is left for months without use, but should be a good tool in case you forget lights on or leave the car in the garage for few weeks.
