Just got back to dear old Essex, after a very enjoyable weekend away with the North Yorkshire region
two cars went, namely Pauline & Ray in the Yellow Peril, and Diane & I in our T350c. We would like to say a big thankyou Guys for making us so welcome, So we will keep you to your word, and come down to see us in Essex.
And you will see that we also get our drinking water from the tap, and not the bottle (a private joke) he know's who he is!!

Thanks again....Diane And Dave xxxxxx

Ps Gemini....YHM

Have to say Dave that you were driving a storm during the weekend....Valhalla is most certainly the right pen name mate

Great weekend. Enjoyed meeting loads of new faces. Isn't it funny how a hundred cars parked in a field can give hours of pleasure to the chosen few(but not the grumpy old man with dogs ranting about noisy car exhausts. I couldn't tell exactly wot he was saying due to the noisy exhausts)
Sat night was great. Initially sat with a bunch of strangers. Within thirty mins we were all trading insults re the north/south divide.I must get my passport sorted out so we can visit my new found friends in the essex area.
Its a shame that the BIG NEWS hadn't broken over the weekend. We could have had a themed vodka evening.

He could have been a bit upset at me driving toward him as he crossed the road but there was a gap in the traffic so I went for it. The fact he was moving directly in front of the car and crossing the road diagonally he didn't consider dangereous - I would call it irresponsible. He did try to say something to me but I was concentrating on not being rear ended after I had to stop halfway across the road and then go again.

I hope I didn't damage his dogs hearing.
