Three days without a 'phone line.

That's living in the country for you.

Anything going on I should know about?

Not much really.

There's been a bit of hair-pulling and eye-scratching on General Gassing about boats - involving quite a few punts, from what I could see - but that's about it... (Reminded me of the scene with the boats in Caddyshack - the snob with the sailing boat and Rodney Dangerfield's powerboat.)

There was something else, I think, but it was pretty insignificant...

Nice to know nothing's happened whilst I've been offline.

That's the great thing about the TVR brand and it's owners; there's a real solid, constant, Britishness about the company and this is reflected in the way all the owners are one big happy family.

BTW.

I've heard a rumour that Leven are producing a range of exquisitely hand crafted handguns that will fit neatly under the dashboard, "for the Eastern European market" so I’m told.

What's all that about then?

Oh they're only for show.

Aluminium is not very good in hand-guns.
Tends to melt with the heat.

That's why TVR don't use Aluminium for the car bodies Blinkin' hot those Speed 6 engines.
