Multi-car policy including TVR - any recommendations?
Discussion
Insurance renewal time on Griffith approaches. Also have additional car to insure, purchased December with December insurance policy start.
I want to roll the two into one with a June start, intending to get price down to TVR level + a bit. Currently they cost approximately the same.
Anyone got recommendation for this situation, Jelf say they can do it, so will be speaking with them, Admiral said can't touch modified car (Griff)but otherwise could. TVR currently insured with Adrian Flux.

I used to be with Jelf on a family marque policy covering 4 vehicles. Was OK at first but the renewals kept going up to the point where it was cheaper to insure separately when I shopped around. Also, be aware a multicar policy doesn't accumulate no claims bonus, but check with them.

Admiral for me, for 1st year, then almost doubled on renewal! TVR then with Mannings, and got cheaper quote for other car from Elephant, who Admiral then matched as part of the same parent group!!! I don't know how they work seems like a black art.
Pretty much the same happened with me. The renewal for all 4 cars on Admiral went through the roof so I shifted the Tuscan to Mannings on a classic policy and put the others on a new Admiral multicar and saved about a grand on their renewal quote.A-Plan for me.
I've used them several times for several cars / car combinations.
Have just insured a Tuscan and Saab with them at a reasonable price. Maybe not as cheap as "Budget John's online-only-fingers-crossed-you-never-need-to-make-a-claim Insurance Company" might be, but given the level of service A-Plan offer I'd say its a very good price. After the pain I went through with eSure earlier this year trying to explain that proper Saab winter wheels & tyres shouldn't increase a Saab's insurance premium, I'll happily pay a bit extra to talk to someone who has actually driven a car before....

I used Heritage for 3 cars including the tuscan. 2 drivers, full business use on all 3, me with 9 points, 1 own fault and 2 no faults. (I had a bad year)
£1400. Tuscan was working out at about £300. The other cars are 3.0 Audi A6 Quatttro, 3.0 Subaru Outback. Total value of the fleet circa £50k total bhp of fleet circa 830bhp
