What about a meet at M11/Jct 5 (there's a lorry park just of the roundabout according to streetmap).

I'm not doing the North Circ 'cause it's pants. I thought the A110 might be more interesting. More High-Streets and fewer scameras (and hopefully less traffic).

Edited because it's good to get road numbers right (actually, I blame my crappy dial-up connection).
