"Official" TVR dealers?

What makes a TVR dealer an official TVR dealer?

Is it just that they've come to an arrangement to sell new TVRs?

I've heard some say that they have access to TVR engineers. Well so do I, ring 'em up and they'll talk to you if they're not too busy, can't actually image a dealer gets any better than that.

Do they do any brand familiarisation or training? Do they get workshop manuals, timesheets and price lists, moral support, etc. from TVR?

Are they tested? audited? Do TVR even bother to visit the place?

No particular beef, just the range of "dealers" and "specialists" is interesting, and then there's Peninsula who "crossed the line"!
