Stopped at red signal behind a green chim reg R*** **X, everyone around look at this unknown car for most French people and a great sound when the signal was green in south west motorway's direction!

We have the same people in London , I would normally run them over but they get caught up and block the air intake.........

Normally they make the windscreen more dirty than when they started.

How is the car running, I notice you have a new picture on your profile.

The car run well, after made a service, changing cooling liquid, bypass the breaking otter switch by a manual under the dash ! she's ready for 3 weeks of holidays on atlantique coast.

For Le Mans 2005, I'll take the camping ticket by the club for a better place

How much do you pay for your TVR's 'carte grise'? I'm moving to the Gironde soon and I'm thinking of taking a Chimaera or Griffith with me!

Do you know if the TVRCC France is still active?

Hi Dave, the 'carte grise' cost is depending how many fiscal horsepower the car produce (chevaux fiscaux) it's not the reflect of the engine BHP and it's typically French, the fiscal horsepower price is 29€, a Griffith 500 have 20 chevaux fiscaux(cv): the price is 20 X 29€ = 580€, if the car have more than 10 years, it's half price ! My car have 19 cv and 15 years old, I payed 276€.

The French TVRCC is still active, his new chairman have a LHD Black Tuscan S, I meet him with 6 or 7 members(all of them ) on a trackday (few TVR and 200 + Ferrari), they spoke to me less than 2 minutes, just have a look to my car and stay between them
Perhaps my car isn't so good and too old for them
I know an other French TVR owner who don't want to be at this club(they don't have a look to his Vixen)!
I was never better welcome than by all the English TVRCC people, a better mentality, friendship and always happy to meet a new guy.

They're clearly not proper TVR enthusiasts then IMO.
