As this was advertised in Sprint I am guessing that there could be quite a few people going along to this, or at least that is what I was hoping. Should be a good day out and the weather looks as if it is going to be excellent.

So then, who else from here is going to be there??

By all accounts there will be approx 90 Tivs there on the day.

If anyones interested, a few of us are meeting at Clacketts Lane services westbound on the M25 - planning to leave at 10.00am.

Should be a good day

For people around the middx region, maybe we could get a convoy sorted from the Polish War Memorial. Any takers?

Haven't got the tickets at work with me, what time are people aiming to get there?

Good question aa! The gates open at 11.30 but the polo doesn't kick(?) off until 3pm. We shall probably aim to be there about lunchtime ish. Maybe meet at PWM 12 - 12.30 ish?

Indeed no jeans and Graham says you MUST be in a TVR to get in the field, so no support cars Rich...

There's about 16 TVR's coming from Surrey(with one from Lincolnshire!). Our convoy meets at 11.30am at Hart's Boat Yard (on the Portsmouth Road, Kingston) and leaves at 11.45am. Normal run of A308, A30 to the Polo Ground. If anyone else wants to tag along, please feel free.

See you all there.
Karen

Edited to say:- John, just wear something casual and cool as it's likely to be a hot one. Have a safe journey down tomorrow.

Any Bristol/Wiltshire etc region readers out there? 'Nacnud' has forgotten to put our meeting place on the Bristol TVRCC site, so if you want to go in convoy, let me know and we'll arrange either a start meeting point or something onroute.

Smart casual - i.e. NO T shirts or Jeans allowed.

And yes TVR club polo shirts allowed.

It's looking like it'll be a good day for us all!

I'll second that, an excellent day out, great location and some right posh picnics, and 90 TVRs lined up in the sun! Thanks to all the ROs who set-up the convoys - except those who brought wagons from Stuttgart and Bavaria and ploked them right in pole position! Typical Germans There'll need to be some clever photo-shopping before any pictures can go in Sprint Rich...
