Cannot speak too highly of them. I turned up one Saturday afternoon for a poke around and they persuaded me out of my Chim and into a Tuscan (ok, so I didn't need much persuasion).
I haven't really tested their aftersales service yet (will be doing so shortly), but they have already gone waaaay out of their way to ensure I am a happy customer.
IMHO (and short time knowing them) they have the enthusiasm of a top indie, but with the tools, knowhow and backing of the factory.
I have experienced 4 franchised TVR dealers and 3 indies and they are up there with the best...

In the main entrance past the first security box. Turn left and follow the road round to the left all the way along then right to the big collection of light blue industrial units "Silverstone Technology Park", they are in the right hand block, foget the number....has a 2 and 6 in it somewhere
) ?Hi I started a very similair post some weeks back. I have had a lot of dealings with these guys. What can I say, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT.
They all own the company, from sales to the workshop, and it shows in the attention to detail and customer service. They are very very thorough and will not let a car go out unless they are 100% happy with it. I have a courtesy car from them this weekend due to a slight hiccup, its a 2000 4.5 l CHIMY ( this was a one off so don't expect to get one every time) and here is the thing, they would not let me take the courtesy car without it being valeted first!!!!!
All in all a great crew, always make you very very welcome, I feel this place may become a mecca for local TVR nuts as they have a great cafe area surronded by t350, tams and tuscans.
AS for directions. Follow signs for the circuit, in main entrance, past security hut then left. Left at mini rbout, straight on for 100m turn left ahead to the right you will see industrial units. They are on right hand side, dead giveaway is all the TVR's parked outside.

They are hosting the S Club Heaven meet next weekend (see S forum), and the GTs are on. No test drives etc IIRC next weekend though, because they'll be inundated.
Apart from that, I only live 20 mins away and might be up for meeting for a beer. Weekend bacon sarnies at mine can be arranged (but only for people I know!!). Northants TVRCC meet is not far either and held on the second Thursday of every month. Gaydon motor museum is not far either.

Yes...that was mine. Still in the process of getting the plate transferred onto the Tuscan.
They had to valet it - believe me it needed a clean!!!
Can't get over how much "better" the Tuscan is - going, stopping, cornering and ease of driving - potential engine issues and lack of V8 burble aside that is.

Brilliant staff, brand new premises and servicing facilities (even a TVR 'juice bar'!)and actually in the grounds of Silverstone, what more can you want!

Thanks for the plug
The guys at Silverstone TvR seem to be setting a new standard. If the new owner at Blackpool does the same the future is very bright for TvR. IMHO of course.
