On the track at Le Mans this morning, thought I saw a Sag being loaded onto flat bed truck on the pit straight, but wasn't really looking (obviously). Hope all are OK. Track was really slippy on places.J
When we went out there was a DB4 with the back stoves in sitting by the side. I heard later that a Sag had gone into the back but no one seemed to believe anyone was hurt. A Griff spun in front of us just before the first chicane on the straight and clipped front and rear but all seemed workable.
Ouch! Hope no one was hurt, but I wouldn't like to get that bill.
The most uncomfortable thing I've ever done was share a wet track with an x-million pound Maserati Birdcage for a few laps. They're still quite quick cars in a straight line and I couldn't face trying to out-brake something that's worth more than I will earn in a lifetime.
