... or lack of it! Didnt know whether to post in "other people driving my car", "teaching my partner to drive" or "TVR handling" threads so I started a new one.

Don't know what this proves, but its fun anyway!

it'll need a different codec to listen to the sound, tell you which one in a few minutes.

Have a chat with Cptsideways... AFAIR he organises the conedodgers events (of which that video is from!)

Looks like fun, reckon i'd need a remap and removal of G-limiter and Trust+ prior to giving it a go!

Very good Deeen! And the link worked first time as well. Have to find a quiet car park and have a go myself.

Yes it was a conedodgers event, this one was a military base near Andover. The learning slope of car control does not get much steeper!

What the vid does not show is the fantastic positive and relaxed atmosphere at the event... to anyone who is tempted i would say go for it! I learnt things I didnt even know I needed to learn!

Works fine for me.

Out of interest what exhaust do you have on yours?

Hi all, that's my video and the codec needed is DivX, by the way. You can download it here:
www.divx.com/divx/download/

Dean, are you going to the next event on Sunday. I'm booked in and hopefully will get the hang of it a bit better and cure some of my understeer

James.

hi all
I was at the conedodgers day and had a few runs as a passanger, rather interseting but the chaps main problem was, he wasnt smooth enought with the power from the 500 engine, but what a sould
I wish i had my car there
I can say this though, use SO2's for a drifting day, they lasted all day on the chimp and didnt go down to the metal, he gave them some stick and i have most of it one take to prove it.
I was also driving that day in my friends Nissan 200ZX, the black one with the roll cage.
I was a top day and seeing a tiv giving it large made it all woth while but all in all it was a ver good day and i would like to day thaank you James for the days driving, its his site your getting the avi from

hi i'm "the chap", my aim was to improve my car control so i hope it was a bit better at the end than the start!

hi James i'm not booked in on sat due to promises made to other ppl, if they dont work out and i'm bored i might try to squeeze in as a spectator

yes the SO2 PP held out rather well, 2mm to slick on a day of this stuff! The "old hands" arrange 2ndhand tyres for the day, and there is a tyre van there on the day.
