WWM have run 2 days at Wellesbourne where Vulcan XM655 is located. Tour around the aircraft and some pictures under the wings. Really enjoyable and raises a few peenies for the volunteers who do a sterling jon in keeping it running - it does runway runs a couple of times a year but will never leave there (I don't think) as the runway is too short for take off. Apparently it was a tad hairy landing it, and that was by one of the most experienced (read nutter) pilots.

Si the Vulcan lives at Robin Hood now its usually in the hanger unless they are testing or have a couple of air shows to do or having its pic taken with some class motors!, if your local you can book a hangar tour via their website, link below, well worth a visit keep it flying.
