Ted while we're waiting for a Smolenski interview is there any chance of someone getting hold of Phil Keen (Tuscan racer) and having a chat with him about what the Sagaris was like to drive? He took it up goodwood hill at the festival of speed. He's one of the few people to have driven the car outside of the factory. I think he's got contacts with racing green as that's whats dickered all over his tuscan racer. Cheers.

Noted. I'll see him at Thruxton at the end of the month - I'll have a chat to him there.

Yeah! Did it feel as light as a T350 to push? Mind you, I'm hoping I'll never find out how heavy it is to push though!

Must have been a very tempting moment....

By the way thanks Ted, I'll look forward to an exclusive scoop! I'm sure I won't be the only one. Assuming he's familiar with T350' s and Tuscans on the road, I guess the question is: does it feel faster than a t350 and does it handle better than a tuscan?

I had a chat with Phil at Goodwood about the Sagaris. He said it was the best car TVR had ever produced. Well balanced with a really good power delivery. There is always the fact that, as a race driver, he is biased towards how the car acts on the track but I thought he gave a very honest opinion. I certainly am considering a Sagaris as my next TVR. Not based on what Phil said, but it helped.
