I am intrigued as to the background behind / why you say this LA?
I would give my own view, but I would struggle to do so and stay within Ted's rules!

i know! distinctly boring these days - no offence Lotus fans but too much of a good thing, ya know!
anyway it was a bit of a pleasure to visit when it was out at Pimpern as the roads on the way there were great fun! but even then it hadn't got many Tiv's.
Now its just down the spur road and still as boring. Racing Green is the best place i've been (TMS is very good as well) but it is a fair old distance to go.
I found them a bit offish/pushy when I went there years back. As did Anita (the other half) when she was on the look out for a Tamora. She had a test drive and Louise put on the very hard sell, "I think you should buy this, NOW". When Anita said she was off to try some others first as it's a TVR and they 'aint all the same the pressure increased, but to no avail. They lost potential sales from us both if indeed they ever had the sniff of one.
Just realised - when I went there I had a fair wodge stinging a hole in my pocket and I was really after a Cerbera. If I had worn a suit and had a shave maybe the reaction would have been different; never judge a book (and more importantly the cheque book) by its cover is maybe a lesson they should have learned.
I've never even considered using them for servicing even though they are local. I'll make no comments but bad news travels as they say.

Yep couldn't agree more. Haven't been to see them seriously since they moved to Bournemouth after poor previous experience. We were looking with intent and they were perfectly accomodating at first but when they didn't have the right model/spec in at the time they lost interest suddenly. seems like they were just after quick sales turnover, sod what the customer WANTS.
