As ever its worth what someones willing to pay. I wouldn't pay a penny for it as i dont like this type of plate but I suspect someone will pay a couple of hundred for it. Any more and you are getting into the sort of money that a decent plate can be bought at auction. IMHO

If you're called Gareth and were born on the 27th of September and drive a TVR it's probably worth more to you than anyone else but as a plain TVR plate it's not one of the best but as Gazzab says it's worth what you want to pay for it.

Have a look what the dealers are charging for TVR plates, halve it, knock a bit more off and then you'll be near what the real market rate is. smile

I've got 'S15 TVR' but I'm probably going to sell it and put my private plate on it. censored.

I think THE saddest thing is when a supposedly private plate doesn't make immediate sense and underneath is printed what it is supposed to read! As has been said, 'why do they bother'?
