You can get them from Halfords.

We went to France last year in a Vogue, with Xenons. and didn't use them at all.

I am off to France and Italy in October so I may get some but only stick them on if stopped by the Euro BIB.

You can get them on the ferry.
They are reusable also.
If you are not sure about the position (for TVRs it is perhaps not listed in the manual) put the car in front of a wall, with switched on lights, when it is dark.
So you can try, where to put them best, before you stick them on.

I have never fitted them
I seem to buy a set every couple of years and they then sit in the boot of that particular car.
If you realy want to do something, I recommend parking up close to your garage door, turn on your headlights and use black electric tape to cover the 'triangle of light' that is pointing towards the on coming (wrong side of the road) traffic. Trim it with a sharp knife.

Cost 10p.
