Bridgestone S02-PP campaign
Discussion
Right, I don't like S03s, I don't like Toyos and I don't like Pirellis. I like Yokos but I live in a place that rains frequently. What I want is the Bridgestone S02-PP. Porsche owners can get the S02, why can't we have the S02-PP.
www.bridgestone-eu.com/forms/general.asp is a "General Demand" feedback form. If you want your S02-PPs back, please take the time to tell Bridgestone (and mention it's for a lightweight TVR).
There's no sign of an S04 so act now or put up with the alternatives.

I did get a response from Bridgestone though. The guy admitted that although most cars performed better on S03PPs, TVRs and other lightweight cars preferred S02PPs.
He reckoned that he could sell 5,000 S02PPs if he could get some but apparently decisions like that are made in Japan and he can't influence anything.
Toyos and Goodyears have been used on the later TVRs (with much success apparently) but I'm not so convinced on the earlier ones with higher-profile tyres.
It's just annoying that the S02PPs were perfect and now they are no more.
I might try the Goodyears I suppose...
