Bought a couple of alarms from them over the years, top service every time. Incidentally, if you have a probelm with the Meta I'd recommend putting in the autowatch 457rli (as I have). Much smaller, neater alarm, same function with added boot popper button on fob and is built in South Africa - car crime capital of the world, so you know its good. Been very happy indeed with mine for about 4 years now and it was a doddle to install..
