TVR certification

Hi,
I don't know if anyone can help, but I am looking at exporting my TVR to France, but to register it there I need to get a certificate of conformance. Normally this would be got through the manufacturer but obviously with TVR that could be a little difficult! Has anyone any experience with this?

I think I`ve seen people say on here before that you can get this through the tvr car club, might be worth giving them a shout?
