I reported it too. Seems to be happening too often lately, usually similar description, but there was a chim and a cerb over the last couple of months. Think it was even the same email address. Same red and blue text though.

I'll keep my eye's peeled for more, especially if Simon's seen others for sale with similar description. Somebody not on here might get caught out.
I quite often check the classified's to see what I can't afford.
