Want to work on TVRs?

New staff required at TVR Power


TVR Power is expanding its tuning and servicing division, so it's on the look-out for new staff. Specifically, it wants:
 
1 Auto Electrician
3 Service technicians
3 Engine builders.
1 car valet cleaner

Does the existing valet get particularly dirty, or is he just incapable of washing him/her self?

hey Pwellsie i'm starting at coventry doing mechanical engineering in october and i was thinking of asking TVR power if they had any part time work

Ah...Coventry Uni...those were the days. Sadly gainfully employed now. Still, it keeps me in the TVR habit to which I have become accustomed.

........ would I take on an S6 ?

..nah , couldn't work to such wide tolerances

ace , neither , ex RAF , now in commercial aviation .Had quite a lot of contact with both Derby and EK .More recently it was problems with AE2100 !!

Makes sense. Nikolai(sp?) has come in looking to improve reliability and image, surely it would be difficult to achieve this without adding extra personel to the operation as part of that process?

Quality control to expand, meaning added pressure on the design and construction areas of the operation too. Sounds like joined up thing to me. All good stuff. Let's hope they get the right people in, which I'm sure they will. Then by the time I can afford a new tiv it'll last like you'd want them to
