It's less than 2 weeks away, most of us that are going should have booked by now, so whose going when, and from where?
Me? I'm going early Saturday morning, and hopefully meeting up with others travelling from the South/Southeast.
Really looking forward to the early start!

See you there.

Derek.

Looking forward to hearing whoever turns up (I live next door to the stadium)... it'll make a nice change from drunken football and rugby fans with their annoying airhorns.

Lots of revs going down Westgate Street please!

Is it too late to book? Anyone know?

(just the daytime stuff - not accomodation)

Edited to add - OK I know! I could get off my fat a35e and ring TVRCC........

AT LAST some support for an event that OUR club has organised..
Yes - my petrolhead daughter and I are hoping to arrive Cardiff for about 7 pm Friday, booked up for Package B, wherever that is (city centre I think). Travelling from Southampton up to join the M4 probably at Marlborough....but will listen to the road reports and might deviate thru Cheltenham/Bath.
I think it is only myself and 1 other from Hants going (Colin)
Hope we see a posse of Tivs on the motorway... we'll be keeping our eyes peeled!

I was wondering why this even had not been mentioned much. The ad in Sprint looked fantastic, I hope it will be well supported. Sadly I don't think I can go as I am on a training course. I do hope many more people are going, or the chances of another one will be slim in the future.

I was going to go but at the last minute I was offered a week in Spain paragliding.

Choices: weekend in Cardiff or week in Spain for the same price. Sadly Cardiff is too cold for me. Maybe next year, sorry.

The SE London massif will meet at Clackets Lane (M25) early on Saturday am - probably stop on the M4 near Bath for fuel & a fry up.

Happy to pick up anyone on the way - looking forward to it.

errr, Bath sounds OK....Cheltenham would be a heck of a divert....

I know that its always fun to take the long way in a TVR but that's maybe going a bit far....:-)

Great, we might need some local knowledge to lead us in, will you be busy Saturday lunch time?
(that is of coarse if Nick (ncs) doesn't know where he's going, but knowing Nick he's probobly got it all under control).

I'll be working Saturday morning but I should be available around 2pm. I can bring you in from the M4 if you need help and/or I can help with eating/drinking/partying recommendations. Email me.

Very kind of you to offer, but we need to be in the stadium before 11.00am or we might not get the cars in.

I hope to get there for about 10ish.

Blimey Nick,
What time do you propose to be at Clackets?
And are you going to tell Gail that she has to get up at 5am? That's not her best hour you know!!

I think I need to take some brave pills, but we'll be there.

Derek
