Air Con

Hello.. sorry perhaps a stupid question but anyone know of / have a portable solution for Air Con in a TVR? One that would plug into the cigarette lighter and sit in the passanger footwell. I have seen pictures of them - but never seen where to buy them, how much they cost and if they are worth it..

I can't imagine an air-con unit would even work on 12V to be honest, never mind be small enough to fit it a car without using a whole footwell or seat - but I could well be wrong!

Perhaps it was a humidifier unit

The cheap portable air-con units for the home often need filling with water also, so wouldn't be that practical if used in a car. I guess the posher ones would be better though.
