Costs were roughly £185 each based on two people in a car including crossing from Dover, this includes camping, entrance tickets and grandstand as well as a bus to Le Mans town on Friday night for the Parade du Pilotte. Obviously beer, food and petrol on top of that, but overall a cheap trip away, however you'll find that TVR owners consume almost no alcohol while in France, so that expense will be minimal
I believe the ACO have as yet to confirm allocations for clubs and it looks to be November time before anything is known, our good chairman will confirm this though.

Driving to France drinking quite a bit of cheap Lager/Wine and watching a bit of racing (watching racing is optional)
General Entrance tickets are about £40, Grandstand seats about £50, camping pass about £50, ferry/tunnel £100-200 and then petrol and bear money

The TVRCC is one of the best places to buy tickets from (as long as you are a member) but be quick they usually sell out of the prime spots within a few days and they will be sold out completly with in a few weeks
There are usually a few PH meet ups during the race weekend, keep an eye on the Le Mans forum for all the up to the minute details

bear money? jesus, always thought I was safe camping in that tent in France.
beer money = mucho £££££s. If you are tight you could buy lots of warm stubbies and drink at the campsite and break your back lugging them around the circuit. If you spend an afternoon in the champagne tent, re-mortgage

I heard rumours of up to 2000 TVRs there this year (dunno how many would be PHers). Seems a lot! That would make my car about the only TVR left in the UK in June. Wondered why I never saw any 'spotteds'..LOL
