I am just thinkIng about 'my' Chatsworth weekend. Living some 3 miles from it means it's quite important in my calendar!
I have never done the Saturday drive out but have previously been to the Raceproved sat event and of course spent hours on the Sunday at the House.
I see that there is n event on Saturday which I will pop over to for a couple of hours:

http://www.pistonheads.com/xforums/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Big fan of Brendan, Dave's and joolz's work and would be good to meet Dave the trimmer and the other guys that will be there.

Anyone else going?

Who's doing the sat drive out?

Any curry or beer meets?

Finally who's going on the Sunday?

I'll be there. Went last year when it was rather wet, so the only weather that would stop me would be snow. Really looking forward to it.biggrin

We're doing the Saturday night at Shrigley Hall, they've got some stuff going on during Saturday there as well.Might have a blast over to Sheffield as well on the Sat as I wouldn't mind having a chat with the RT boys.

So its up early Saturday & run up to Shrigley(Macclesfield),then blast over to Sheffield, blast back to Shrigley for dinner & dance.Sundays morning is the run to Chatsworth,...let the weather gods be kind.Should be a cracking weekend.

Last year was the first time I've seen ducks take shelter!

Don't tempt it, all those could be chucked at us going on what we had last year.
Sunny and warm will do me, ok it's Britain so I will settle for one of those.

You did a fantastic job last year Kev with your team of helpers, even the rain did not put people off too much. Lets hope the weather gods are with you this year M8.

Apparently, spring is on hold until the end of April.
If they could forecast correctly for even the next day I might half believe them.

Snow is mostly gone up this way and all roads now passable.
Nice and warm today. Fantastic to be out in the peaks in a tvr today.
