I miss my Chim

sold my Chimaera last year and now regretting it. Now seriously thinking about getting back in a TVR. Was going to look for a Cerb early next near but have recently found myself looking at Tamoras in the classifieds but tonight back browsing the Chims again. I just can't make up my mind !

So question is for the serial TVR owners what car do you regret selling the most and why ?

Chim is my 3rd TVR, preceeded by a Griff and before that a T350c.
T350 was great but I really only regret selling the Griff as it was pretty much perfect. Chim is slowly but surely (and expensively) becoming a keeper.

Regret selling my Cerb, for the noise and the fury..... and I could get the kids in it... Looking for another

Know you have seen my t350 on the road. I have had chim 450, then Cerb sp6 and now the T350c. The Cerb was awesome but overall - handling, feel, living, looks, drive ability then the T is the best, although I do miss the Cerb. Big time. But when able it was the T and I don't regret it.

Regretted selling the Chim for a bit. However I will never part with the cerb it is that much of a event to drive, I just love its long classic lines and a good car for Scotland having a roof drives like a normal car and not any where near as scary in the wet like the chim was.

I had a 4 litre '98 Chim, part exchanged it when I bought a Tuscan Convertible. Missed the practicality of the Chim, so bought a 4.5 2001 Chim aswell as the Tuscan...That's the answer . Unfortunately both road taxes expire at the end of the month, so last night paid 2 x £220 ( just in case next weeks Budget puts it up).

had thought I was finally going to settle on a Tamora but now back on to a cerb :-) Its not going to be for a few months yet so plenty of time to settle on something

Had a chim for 4 months loved it then sold it and bought a Tuscan, had that for 4 months and then sold it..... If I had to go back to one of them it would be the TUscan, even though the chimaera drove loads better. Love tvr's not sure which one to get next.....

I enjoyed the Cerb..

..but for me a sports car MUST be convertible.

Had a 450 chim, then an Elise 111s , missed the Chim so moved on to a Griff500. Loved both tivs but sold the Griff to fund a single seater hill climb car. Whilst the racer is huge fun I really miss having a road toy and the Griff is the one that really stands out. It's combo of looks, noise, go, was fabulous. I'm now depressed with the fact that I don't have the cash or space for two cars so if I want another griff I will have to jack the hill climber and buy a griff before prices get out of reach!
