Getting a car inspected by a specialist!

A few interesting cars are for sale abroad, a LHD Tuscan S in Czech rep and a LHD cerbie in Portugal.
I've heard a specialist had inspected the Sagars for sale in the Netherlands but how much would it cost to have someone check one of these two cars ? And who would actually take the time and be bothered to do it?

I would imagine all the specialists are busy as hell and would ask zillions to go on a trip to one of these places !

I would of thought you would have to pay for the flight
And hotel
Food taxi's
Plus the cost of the inspection

Sounds about fair, was thinking the same but free holiday to Portugal or Czech rep should motivate a specialist to not charge the inspection no ?

Flights, taxis, hotels, inspection cost, plus cost of lost earnings being out of the workhop for two days? And they probably won't be able to leakdown test a Speed Six engine away from their own place? You may as well put right any faults with the car once you have bought it, because presumably you will do that anyway?
