TVR MOT near North London
Discussion
There is London TVR, but I've not heard any thing good or bad about it, so I don't know what it is like...

I do remember a few threads on it you might want to look up. Maybe they would be more useful.
This probably sums up the information available on them that can be easily found...

...i.e. very little.
Draw your own conclusions.

These guys sell a few TVR parts online so maybe at some point they serviced them.
may be worth a call.

Hi Pete,
You could try Taylor TVR in Kent, neat West Malling. I have used them, and can't speak highly enough of them
I had used to live in Islington myself for a number of years, so know the area well, but not sure of any servicing places nearby
It is a 60 minute drive to Taylor TVR, along the A13 starting in Old Street and then the M25, and a simple 50 minute train journey back into Victoria from West Malling station.

Last year I took the Tamora to Modern Motors in Adelaide Road. Don't think they'd MOT'd a TVR before but it wasn't a problem. I stayed around to explain how to work things.
I reckoned they were TVR friendly (by which I mean there were items they notified which they might perhaps have failed on if they really wanted to).
Will be going back again this year (in the next few weeks!)
Jev.

Since 2009, I've used this north London station to MOT my Chimaera: http://www.motorcodes.co.uk/garagefinder/halt-moto...
It's just north of Colindale tube and a couple of minutes drive away from the A41 in Hendon, along Aerodrome Road.
They're good guys. When my car had an issue that appeared during it's test last year they allowed me to work on it there and then and it subsequently passed.
If you are early and/or assured a pass, you can always have a nice lunch at the RAF Museum which is literally two minutes walk away.
