I would say all models will only start to creep up in value. How how long till value and running cost balance up? could be a long wait i think.

Well, seeing as I have to run a car anyway (and RV8 TVR wear parts are cheap as chips for the level of performance and exclusivity of the cars)...

Wish i could say the same for the Cerb i have spent a good bit more on parts alone than i paid for the car nearly 3 years ago I like shiny bits i think is my problem Can't do like for like if a better option is there.

So for me a investment i am out.

On the other hand i hope to be buying a Tuscan very soon to stable mate the Cerb so hope it can break even.

I do all my work my self also, My cost are 90% parts.

I'm hoping to keep my Chimaera original and tidy and keep hold of it for years to come!

Well, I have vowed to continue driving the Chim as my only/main car until I'm not allowed to do so anymore, at which point I would have to investigate storage options/moving (whatever is applicable given economic conditions), revert the car back to 'weekender' status and get myself an Aston for daily duties as hopefully I'll be rather old by then.

Until then I'll be enjoying the simplicity of having a single true automotive love and companion

I thought gold had plummeted recently??! Although I think the value of my sagaris will continue to rise - I can't see almost 400% over the next 10 years!
