Don't know anything about the car however I think their rep can be exaggerated.
Their customer service seems to be slightly lacking at times and the prices in my opinion are high but I suppose they are running a business.
They do get a bad rep for the condition of some of their cars but lets face it, you are buying a car that has been crashed or on fire and probably left out in the elements for god knows however many weeks so its going to be rough.
I have heard from a few folk that their repairs are bad though, wood screws have been used and the finishing needing to be re-done.
I wouldn't be put off using them at all but the quotes to repair are ambitious at best.
