Bespoke Performance, ware
Discussion
Mine was a product issue really, not a service issue. They were quite happy to sell me something as new at full retail which was not only damaged but had clearly just been taken off a car. I took the morning off and drove a long way too. I got my money back but that's not the point.
I know there are name and shame rules, but if it's OK to sing their praises then it's only fair stuff like this is shared too.

Picked the car up from Bespoke today. New windscreen fitted, looking like it's come from the factory! New trim etc
Whoever Bespoke use, did a great job. I'm really picky and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending bespoke organising this for you
At the same time, prior to Le Mans, I thought I would get them to give the car a once over as I noticed the car was running a little bit out of sorts and it made sense while it was there. Several times recently it had stalled after start up and occasionally driving. The chaps at bespoke tracked it down to an iffy coil pack, so leant me one to get me to Le Mans and back (i'm ordering a new one). With a big thumbs up I was back on the road again, more importantly back to the full power of a Dom Remap! Lovely drive home, smoking a Z4 on the way :P. If your in the area, i would have no hesitation recommending them.
P.S. The Sag looks lovely

I'd still like to think that even some of our older (albeit tweaked) TVRs could do that- but nice one chap
I have been following this thread as I've been looking for an alternative specialist to the one I've previously used. Ware is easily within my sphere and I appreciate this feedback.
Hope you have a fantastic Le Mans.
Ditto with Steve's comment.
They are not perfect (no one is - except me of course!) but all issues have been resolved as quickly as possible with little fuss and Martin plus team are always friendly and as straightforward as they can be. I had quite a bit of work done with them - both developmental and fixing some issues from other work people had done and I only had a few niggles with the result which they quickly resolved.
To err is human, to resolve with no fuss is divine
IMHO of course!

I have always used these guys, and it may be no coincidence that my car has covered astronomical mileage. I might be super lucky or a mega careful driver but I'm sure their knowledge and experience has a huge part to play. Graeme, who has worked on my car a lot over the years, was telling me recently how some cars need to be set up subtly differently to others. This knowledge isn't based on numbers in a book or on some diagnostic chart but his years of experience, quite often of that specific car. Not that model but that actual car. He knows the quirks of a lot of his regular customers (the cars not the owners) and works on them accordingly.
We all like to think are cars are special and unique. Well, this is true, I doubt any two are the same, how they look, how they behave, how they run, how they sound - they are all our individual car. But I also think some of them are also our mechanics/technicians (whats the politically correct word/) as they may have an intimate long term relationship with our cars too. Sometimes longer than our own. If I were ever to sell my car, which I wont (who would buy a T350 with over 200k miles?), I would totally recommend the new owner to continue using the guys at Bespoke to help the car to its next 200k miles.
These cars are all getting on a bit and the people with the experience are the ones who are going to keep them working, I would have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke to look after anyone's TVR, especially if it has been there before.

basicly, if your face fits, then it's ok, if it dos't then it won't.
they are nice until they get your trust, then who know's. that's life.
it's mad world.
Odd way of looking at things, but hey, its a free world and everyone has their own opinions.they are nice until they get your trust, then who know's. that's life.

I can only quote from my experience and what members in my region who use them say.
No one is perfect and I've heard positive and negative comments about most suppliers, you
have to make a judgement based on your experiences - mine have been positive to date and
being an RO for 3 regions (plus trying out mad ideas on my Sagaris) I hear more about suppliers than
most people - both the good and the bad.
I used them and are happy to continue to do so.
