Just wanted to put a note of thanks to Simon at Powertech who's been helping me sort the exhaust on my Tuscan 2S. He made up some bespoke cans for me about 6 months ago which were 80% sleeved, with some perforations in the middle of the length of the can.
For the first couple of months, there were spot on... quiet in town, and noisey enough when pushing on which was just what I was after. However they developed a little ticking noise which started to bug me. Most people wouldn't even notice it, but you know what it's like when you notice something and then it overshadows everything else!

So, bar a couple of emails and videos to show the issue, Simon replaced the cans for a brand new set without hassle. I ended up going fully sleeved in the end as I thought I might be able to get away with it now that i've got the full ACT system.

Quality seems great, and it's nice to find company's willing to help where possible and keep supporting the TVR community. Oh, and the new cans certainly sound the part now!

I'm going to do a proper video of the car over the summer but for anyone that wants to know, it's a 4.3, decatted, with the ACT system, and fully sleeved powertech cans.
