Just thought I would mention it, down at my local Asda store last night, and noticed they have 5:50 grade Mobil 1 on the shelves for £17.99 for 4 litre can.

Dont know if it is just a temporary offer in Cardiff or what, but it may be worth a look if your oil change is due.

That grade (5w-50) is usually only available in France.

Back again,

Just been to Asda, and bought the last 2 remaining on the shelf. It must be popular as there was loads there Yesterday.
Its Mobil 1, 5w-50 and says "Rally Formula" and "New Supersyn technology" on the front.
So its got me wondering, If Asda can sell it at £17.99 per 4 litre and obviously make a decent profit, aren't Places like Halfwits taking the P*ss at double this?
