Insurance Woes

Well its due soon so been searching around.

My current Company has doubled this year(classicline) due to royal Sun pulling out of the market in the area these kinda of cars need cover.
I have a Sp30 and 1 claim in last 3 years, have 3 years NCB

So they were £1028
Hers some others I have tried, any others worth a shot let me know.

Sunninghill £905 inc Trackdays
Heritage - Wouldnt
Mannings - £727 The Best yet
Churchill - £921
Elephant - £1769.25 feel 17 again

The trackday cover is worth the extra few hundred if you're planning on doing any. I saved £200 going with Mannings (and they are fine). But now I've done 5,000+ miles in the T350 and I'm ready for a few trackdays. Insuring the car for each day would cost the whole difference between the two quotes.

The Track Day cover is good, But the first track day has an Excess of £900, and then dropping for second etc
The Guy I spoke to was very helpful indeed at Mannings,But this didnt include Trackday.

Think yourself lucky... the quotes I have been getting are £2k for the cheapest on a Griff.

Mind you no no claims and a DR10

Try adrian flux... they came up with £1100 for me However I would have had to own the car for a year to qualify. :Humph:

I renewed using TVR-insurance from the Sprint magazine. I have a 4.5 Cerbera '99, and got insured for £691 with both me and er in dooors full comp.
Includes offical track days, but restricted mileage of 5000 per year. Tele 08717 801003
