Surrey TVR Meeting - Tonight !

It's that time of month again - the Surrey TVR CC meeting. It's held at the Jovial Sailor - Ripley (just off the A3 nr Guildford).

We meet from 19:30 onwards.

Don't let this miserabler weather put you off - nothing like the sound of 40 TVR's to shake off the gloomy Autuminal weather blues....

Which reminds me, i've ordered two tickets as i thought i'd be going with previous girlfriend... unfortunately she didn't appreciate my "millennium naan" gag at the last Surrey TVR club curry night (my naan bread was a dead ringer for the millennium falcon ).

Accordingly, i'm looking for a date to the Surrey TVR car club Christmas dinner - 4th December 2004.

Preferably date will be female, gorgeous - inside and out and love chimaeras...umm... oh and enjoy laughing lots and having a blast with a genuine sense of humour.

I've got until the 4th Dec to pull. It sounds easy but i keep meeting a surprising number of girls that just aren't interested. I wonder, does Guildford simply have a high proportion of lesbians compared to other towns in the UK?

just for the record...(again, I might add!)... i've never said "Hi, I've got a TVR"...

...I usually start off with something a little more subtle, you know the sort of thing - a pinch of Darcy with undertones of Antonio Banderes thrown in for good measure. i.e. something along the lines of "al'right gorgeous, bet you'd scrub up a treat given the right bloke next to ya" (while adjusting my burberry cap)

Great to see everyone - glad everyone found us at the new location in the pub .. bit warm by the roaring log fire but at least it will warm us up quick when we have been looking at TVR's in the car park.

The journey home was an eventful one - ast one point I thought I'd taken a wrong turn as I was traveling down a river - I think a canoe would have been a better choice
