Gents
I have not driven my 400SE for nearly 4 yrs and am desperate to get it back on the road.
It start firsts time but has zero oil pressure. I know the pump needs priming not not quite sure what to do or where to take it. The AA will take my car anywhere to get it sorted but somewhere in God's County (Yorkshire) would be preferable.
Any tips?

I live in Hull (the Posh place...) - not sure where you are.
When I was an active TVRCC member I'd do the 'Back Home' event year.
Not sure if that still lives.
100MPH down the Blsckpool promenade was ace, 1/4 in 14.9, got a glass thing to commerorate it.

Hang on chap
if you've got an oil can and some spanners you can do this youself as if you look on the oil filter housing in the engine bay there are 2 hoses leading in and out remove the rearmost hose and pump a load of oil in there, refit the hose and try cranking for pressure
if there's still no pressure then remove the front cover and pack the space between the gears with vaseline then refit the cover and try again

Get a shifty on as the back home is next weekend.

Try removing the plugs,thus not having any stress on the crank shaft bearings ect, and turn over the engine, until oil pressure is ok. Priming the pump, as previously suggested can only help.
I have run race cars in the past and this was an accepted routine after a winter lay off that prevented damage to the engines bearings, both bottom and top.
