Problem with Wiper Blades....help please?

Hi all,

When i use my wipers they stop in radom positions...! I have to manualy stop them when they return to start position by using the stalks. Any ideas what might be wrong? It has been happening for a while now and its getting annoying!

TMS, Melton Mowbray - about £8.00.

From experience with Shnozz's Chim recently, probably best to do it sooner rather than later. When park switches fail (which is often because of the water trap they sit in), they can fail short circuit. If this happens, fuse pops and anything else (such as brake lights) which are on the PS circuit will be out also.

The fuse pops repeatedly as well, very annoying especially when you are halfway up the country in torrential rain.

I can't find this in the Bible anywhere???

Does your intermittent wipe work?
I had both faults and it was the relay which had fallen out.
This is in with the fuses in the passenger footwell. 2nd row down, 2nd from the left - If my memory serves me correctly.

I might have a photo at home. If it helps I'll post it tonight.

Pages 257 to 263 in section called windscreen wipers. There is even a picture of the park switch....

Intermittent works fine but they just don't stop in the right place. Just about to call Penninsula to order 1
