Is the rumour true ?

The one about Matt Lucas (of Little Britain and George Doors fame), apparently he has bought a TVR Tuscan S !!

He doesn't seem like the TVR type, but it is vaguely amusing. Hope he uses it on one of his sketches.

Lou and Andy (in car dealers)

Lou "Now lets have a look at all of the cars"

Andy " I want that one!" (pointing to a TVR Tuscan)

Lou " Now ar you sure you want that one, you said you wanted a skoda, cos it is cheap and reliable"

Andy " Yeah, I want that that one"

Lou "are you sure, you did say a TVR is a fire breathing devil driven by mad people"

Andy " Yeah, I Know ! want that one" (points again to TVR)

( they then buy the TVR and go outside to get in and drive off)

Lou " Now we have been an bought you a lovely car, you wanted a Skoda, but after a Bit of a Kurfuffle we have got the TVR"

(Lou goes to put Andy in the car)

Andy " I don't like that one" (pointing to the TVR)

END

ohh well. Yeah but no but yeah!!!

Now I find THOSE comments interesting…

As a rule people on PH always go on about the fact that the world is "too PC" etc etc… then the most un-PC show to grace our screens since the 70's arrive and people complain…

Nope, this program makes a refreshing change - almost takes me back to Monty Python

Agreed

There will never be a program which caters to all tastes. The success of LB is (IMHO) attributable to its non-PC stance and, judging by the number of people who adopt phrases such as 'I want that one' or 'I am a lady', it must be making its mark.

Top stuff.

IMHO its the best thing since League of Gentlemen and Stella street, thank god there is more of this stuff coming out otherwise we would be left with re-runs of Terry & June........"Terry its the vicar at the door and you don't have your trousers on"
