Connect Battery Conditioner to Anderson Connector Jump Cable

So I've discovered the battery conditioner installed in the car, sitting in the glovebox, is a CSI Airflow, but I'm unsure how it's connected up! I assume it's connected to the twin cigarette lighter socket under the steering column, but I don't as yet have a suitable 240v - 12v power supply to connect it to the mains.
I assume it should be ok to connect my own ctek battery conditioner using its crocodile clips to those of the Anderson connector's jump cables? If so I'll have to use insulating tape on both connections to keep the croc clips secure as they'll be hanging down within the engine bay to keep any scrotes from messing about.
Whilst it's a reasonably secure underground car park, occasionally kids hang out there, so don't want them accidentally playing with the cables. The worst they could do is to switch off the power at the wall!
Can anyone recommend a 240v to 12v converter to connect to the cig lighter so in future I can use the built-in CSI Airflow conditioner?
